    During our decoration... we found out that guys actually cant blow a balloon or tie one! Trust me! I saw it with my own pair of eyes. Exhibit ONE .. Wui Liang *top photo* ( THe guy in the middle, Cant get his balloon to expand) Exhibit TWO .. Matthew (the guy next to wui liang, doesn't know how to tie his balloon)! LMAO
